• Must be over 20 years old.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Must hold a NY Class C or higher CDL with passenger endorsement.
• A valid medical card is required.
• Background checks and driving test will be conducted.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patrons in a polite manner and assist them as needed.
• Safely shuttle customers to various destinations.
• Open and close doors for patrons.
• Adhere to all traffic laws/signs for safe shuttle operation.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers, including radio contact with management.
• Complete required pre-trip inspections to meet safety requirements.
• Record passenger counts and trip times.
• Complete necessary paperwork for daily operations.
• Assist in equipment setup and breakdown (signs, cones, etc.).
• Sweep shuttles and remove debris to maintain cleanliness.
• Report mechanical problems to management.
