Job summary

Brethren Village Retirement Community in Lititz, PA, is seeking a reliable part-time Driver with a Class C CDL and Passenger Endorsement. You will transport Residents on campus and off-campus, assist with boarding, and support safe, friendly service across shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid PA license, at least 1 year of driving experience, CPR certification, and the ability to pass DOT-related screenings. The role offers varied hours with weekend options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• PA driver’s license valid for at least 2 years and maintained during employment.
• Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.
• Ability to read and speak English per DOT requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Driving record free from excessive or serious violations/accidents.
• Must obtain/maintain Medical Examiner's Certificate and CPR certification.
• Must be willing to pass random drug/alcohol tests.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Brethren Village vehicles, including shuttle buses and Medical Van.
• Transport Residents on campus and off-campus as scheduled.
• Assist Residents to board/alight and load/unload packages; help with wheelchairs.
• Maintain safety and courteous service while following DOT and company policies.
