Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and CDL with a safe driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to push/pull/move heavy objects repeatedly.
• Familiarity with geriatrics and long-term care; strong customer-service orientation.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents in a safe, courteous, and conscientious manner
• Operate facility vehicles/equipment in an orderly way and follow established policies and procedures
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and assist with upkeep as needed
• Maintain Pa. DOT and OSHA compliance; follow HIPAA/privacy expectations
• Support a safe environment using universal precautions for infectious materials
