Job summary

The Wesley Willows Corporation in Rockford, IL is hiring a part-time Driver responsible for safe, reliable transportation for residents. You will assist with boarding, maintain vehicle safety, and coordinate with the Transportation Supervisor to support daily operations.

Required: 21+, High School or equivalent, CDL Class 3 with Passenger Endorsement, clean MVR, and at least three years of passenger transport experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and able to drive safely.
• Valid CDL Class 3 with passenger endorsement required.
• Minimum three years of passenger transportation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for residents.
• Transport residents to medical appointments, shopping, events, and outings.
• Assist with boarding and exiting vehicles; accommodate mobility needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and perform routine safety checks weekly.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Transportation Supervisor or Resident Services Director.
