Job summary

Miller-Keystone Blood Center in Bethlehem is seeking a part-time Bloodmobile Driver with CDL to support local blood drives and ensure timely donor care. The role entails loading supplies, driving to drives, setting up, assisting donors, and completing drive documentation with accuracy.

Qualified candidates will have a CDL A or B and a DOT medical card, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess strong communication skills. Weekend rotations are required.

Qualifications

• CDL A or B license and DOT medical card required.
• Experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening) to engage donors and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical aspects of mobile drives.
• Familiarity with Outlook/Microsoft Office and tablet devices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Load vehicles with supplies, drive to blood drive sites, set up and assist with drives, and return equipment to the center.
• Greet donors and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete vehicle and drive documentation according to SOPs.
• Participate in training and special projects as needed.
