Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending in high-volume settings.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology techniques.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems.
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service and Neb Gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly beverage service to all guests.
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Upsell specialty cocktails while following responsible beverage service rules.
• Monitor intoxication levels and take appropriate action.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment and inventory control.
• Balance cash register and reconcile end of shift transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and teamwork.
• Attend meetings and training for ongoing development.
