The ideal candidate is at least 21 years old, able to work weekends and holidays, with 1+ year of bartender experience; casino bartending is a plus. You will prepare cocktails, stock the bar, handle payments, and promote casino promotions while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of bartender experience.
• Casino bartending experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cocktails, serves wine, draft or bottled beer.
• Requisitions and stocks products.
• Collects payment and records transactions with special attention paid to Tier Resort Benefit Card discounts for Players.
• Collaborate with Beverage team to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Keeps bar area clean, including ice bins, wells and bus areas.
• Responsible for executing all aspects of opening and closing bar.
• Promote Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) policies as needed.
• Check identification of guests under 30 and verify IDs with Tier Resort Benefit Card holders.
• Track and report product shortages, spoilage and waste.
• Promote casino amenities, promotions and events.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
