Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Fill beverage orders from customers and wait staff.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks; serve wine and beer.
• Request identification from customers to verify age.
• Collect payment for drinks served.
• Order liquors and supplies.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Replenish bar snacks and maintain a professional appearance.
