Job summary

ALDI in Howell, NJ is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers. As a cashier, you will use the POS to scan purchases, manage transactions, and assist customers; as a stocker, you will keep shelves stocked and organized to support a great shopping experience.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with planned increases in Year 2–5. Candidates must be at least 18, able to work early mornings, follow policies, and maintain reliability.

• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: use POS system to scan and process purchases accurately.
• Cashier: follow cash policies and open additional lanes as needed.
• Stocker: stock shelves and displays following planograms.
• Stocker: arrive early (as early as 5:00am) to work.
• General: comply with policies, maintain a safe working environment.
