NAACPJobFinder is seeking a part-time Store Cashier/Stocker at Aldi in Howell, NJ. You will provide friendly checkout service as a cashier and help keep shelves stocked as a stocker to ensure a great shopping experience.

Position Type: Part-Time with average hours under 30 per week. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with wage increases to $20.50, $21.00, and up to $22.00 in later years.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers and cleaning tools.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to maintain accurate arithmetic and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: scan items, process purchases, and handle curbside orders.
• Stocker duties: stock shelves, follow planograms, maintain displays.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
