Job summary

Menards is seeking a Part-Time Cashier and Front End Team member in Springfield, MO. You will deliver friendly service at the register and service desk, helping customers quickly and accurately.

The role offers weekend pay incentives (+$3/hour on Sat/Sun), store discounts, and participation in profit sharing. Flexible scheduling and on-the-job training support your growth within a growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Part-Time retail position.
• Customer service at checkout or service desk.
• Experience with cash register/ POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist at the service desk to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases, keep parking lot clean, and help at the register when needed to minimize wait times.
