Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Part-Time Cashier and Front End Team member. This role focuses on providing a fun, fast, and friendly customer experience at the register and service desk.

Team members may assist at the Courtesy Patrol, help load purchases, keep the parking lot clean, and support front end operations as needed to ensure no waiting for savings for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience providing friendly customer service at a retail register.
• Ability to operate the store's front end and service desk.
• Willingness to assist at the Courtesy Patrol as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the register with fast, accurate checkout.
• Support front end team and service desk operations.
• Participate in merchandising and store needs as required.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and keeping the parking lot clean.
