Job summary

Menards is seeking part-time Cashier and Front End Team members to deliver a fast, friendly customer experience at the register and service desk. You may also assist as courtesy patrol to help customers load purchases, keep the parking lot clean, and support at the register when needed to ensure No Waiting for Savings.

Benefits include a part-time schedule with extra pay on weekends, store discounts, dental plan, on-the-job training, and profit sharing as part of our Front End Team.

Qualifications

• Cashier experience preferred
• Ability to provide friendly customer service
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and service desk to assist customers
• Provide friendly and efficient checkout experience
• Assist at the front end and during peak times; help with loading purchases and keeping the area clean
• Support courtesy patrol by helping customers load items and maintain parking lot order
