Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn our products, systems, and store procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with merchandise, with reasonable accommodations as needed.
• Availability for a part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and payments using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash and balance your assigned register.
• Introduce customers to Ace Rewards and share current promotions.
• Help customers locate products or connect them with a knowledgeable associate.
• Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with light stocking, pricing, and other store tasks as needed.
• Follow store policies and work with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
