The role supports stocking and store tasks, with a welcoming, customer-first environment in a community hardware store. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, dependability, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn our products and procedures.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn our products, systems, and store procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with merchandise, with reasonable accommodations as needed.
• Availability for a part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Join our team as we prepare to open our new Ace Hardware store! We’re looking for friendly, dependable cashiers who enjoy helping people and making every customer feel welcome.
