Responsibilities

• Model exemplary customer service for internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Ring up purchases/returns accurately and handle change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor per company rules.
• Assist in store recovery and maintenance throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provide and accept feedback constructively.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction efforts and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
