Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers
• Support a positive store culture with honesty and respect
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change accurately
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Uphold merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness
• Provide constructive feedback and accept feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety awareness
• Assist with other duties as assigned
