Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining an organized store.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash and change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
• Uphold merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership
