Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Cashier to support daily transactions and keep a smooth operation at the dealership. You will greet customers, process payments, issue receipts, handle refunds, answer questions, and assist with clerical tasks across departments under the Office Manager.

High school diploma required; dealership software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay calm and helpful when assisting customers.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer proficiency; dealership software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers at the cashier window with professionalism and courtesy.
Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) accurately and efficiently.
Issue receipts, give change, and document payment transactions.
Provide refunds or credit memos as authorized.
Answer basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and care.
Open and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
Print and post internal paperwork as needed.
Assist with clerical and administrative support across departments.
Serve as backup to the switchboard operator when needed.
Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
