IGA Market in Kingstree, SC is seeking a part-time front-end/guest services associate to support sales, cash handling, and customer service duties. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and friendly guest interactions.

Responsibilities include cash management, invoice processing, deposits, and security of the cash office. You will assist guests with money orders and tickets while maintaining front-end schedules and daily operational tasks.

Responsabilités

• Sales, Cash and Invoice Accounting: Prepare weekly cash report and documentation.
• Maintain sales related information.
• Process invoices and transfers as assigned.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Cash Related Activities: Prepare bank deposits, support cashier activities, payroll checks.
• Ensure accurate daily cash count.
• Process guest needs such as money orders, stamps, lottery tickets.
• Process returned checks according to policy.
• Cash Office Security: Ensure security of cash office and store funds.
• Maintain cashier tills accountability and supplies for front end and cash office.
• Cashier/Guests Service Clerk Performance Reports: Monitor Operator Activity Report.
• Perform cash till audits and accuracy checks.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule for guest service levels.
• Process guest orders to follow No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
