Three Bears Alaska Inc. in Healy, AK is seeking a Backup Cash Audit to reconcile the store safe and tills and prepare deposits. You will record cashier activity, assist in cashier accountability, and coordinate with Front End PIC and Store Management on discrepancies.

The role involves daily cash reconciliation, data entry, and frontline duties as needed. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Supervisory Experience Preferred.
• Training and certification as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides prompt, courteous service.
• Audits the store safe and randomly selected tills daily.
• Reconciles payment media from the previous day using reports.
• Enters sales and payment data into company computer program.
• Transmits paperwork to appropriate offices promptly.
• Communicates discrepancies with Store Manager and Accounting Office.
