Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is hiring a part-time Backup Cash Audit at our Ketchikan store. You will reconcile tills and the store safe, prepare deposits, and diligently record cashier activity to ensure accuracy and security in all cash handling tasks.

The role involves entering sales data, maintaining paperwork, training cashiers, and communicating discrepancies with store management and the accounting office. Evening, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Training/certification as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Audit store safe and tills; prepare deposits.
• Enter sales and payment data into company system.
• Communicate discrepancies with management and accounting.
• Provide training and support to cashiers.
