Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is hiring for a Cash Audit role in Alaska. The candidate will audit store safes and tills, reconcile daily payment media, and maintain accurate records. Front-end duties, cashiering, and customer support are included, with emphasis on cash handling accuracy and security.

The position is part-time, in-person, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holiday pay. Evening/weekend availability is required along with potential relocation to serve multiple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer service, math, 10 key, computer skills preferred.
• Training and certification as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Audits the store safe and randomly selected tills daily.
• Reconciles all payment media from the previous day using reports.
• Enters sales and payment data into the company system.
• Transmits paperwork to appropriate offices in a timely manner.
• Communicates with Store Manager and Accounting about discrepancies and causes.
• Performs cashiering, front-end duties, and assists customers as needed.
• Makes supply orders and oversees the customer service desk as required.
• Ensures return and exchange procedures are followed and cash handling procedures are observed.
