Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American distributor of shipping and packaging materials, seeks a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist. The role is on-site at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158, with pay from $25 to $27 per hour and 15-20 hours per week.

You will process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions, research payment discrepancies, and maintain department reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong typing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis and reconciliations.
• Review payment data from third‑party partners and match to customer accounts.
