Uline is hiring a Part-Time Financial Operations / Cash Applications Specialist to support our Finance team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will handle customer payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate posting of transactions. The role offers part-time hours and a competitive hourly wage.

Ideal candidates have AR or banking exposure, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent attention to detail. On-site benefits include an on-site café, fitness center, and walking trails.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
• Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.
