Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Five years related experience or equivalent case management and office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with social media platforms

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, direct calls, and maintain office filing system
• Maintain appointment calendar for all requests for service
• Intake all clients requesting services, by phone or in person
• Assist administrator to determine need and provide emergency material assistance and/or referral
• Maintain casework database with client information and any necessary documentation
• Facilitate client grievance procedures
• Assist in supervise pantry and volunteers
• Attend staff and community meetings and take minutes
