Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field (social work, psychology, etc.).
• CAADC, CADC or Development Plan from MCBAP.
• Be familiar and comfortable with Substance Use Disorders and mental health populations.
• Be able to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Locate applicable care and resources for clients and transport them to approved providers.
• Initiate case management services and communicate with clients effectively.
• Maintain welcoming environment for clients and families.
