Job summary

Arizona Baptist Children's Services & Family Ministries (ABCS) is seeking a Part-time Case Aide to build relationships with 2-4 families and encourage them while sharing the message of hope that is in Jesus Christ. Shifts typically start at 2:00 pm on weekdays, and Case Aides must work either Saturday or Sunday each week.

You will facilitate safe visits for children in DCS cases, document interactions to assess parenting growth, and assist families with housing or pantry resources as available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and via technology.
• Ability to write clear, objective reports for court documentation.
• Bilingual individuals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with 2-4 families and encourage them while sharing the message of hope in Jesus Christ.
• Facilitate safe, supervised visits between child(ren) and parent(s) for 2–4 hours and document interactions for growth assessment.
• Assist families with housing resources, food pantry support, and other needs as available.
• Provide spiritual support, including prayer when appropriate, and participate in mission-aligned activities.
