Responsibilities

• Inputs client and program records into HMIS system.
• Conducts discharge of clients according to program procedures.
• Monitors daily activities and ensures client program participation; ensures safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the facility.
• Communicates with treatment team and documents major incidents.
• Responds to emergencies with crisis intervention as needed and conducts 24-hour monitoring.
• Inspects program area and reports maintenance needs.
• Manages bed assignments and organizes client belongings and meals.
