Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a forklift operator in Frankfort, IN. You will move pallets and cases, select items per orders, and operate a forklift after training to load trailers. A fast-paced, physically demanding environment in a beverage distribution setting awaits.

Roles require weekend/holiday shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work at heights and in extreme conditions. Full-time benefits are provided as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull and handle products
• Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts
• Willing to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on truck trailer floor
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required
