Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's degree and/or 4-5 years of technical experience.
• Experience in all phases of floor, wall, and ceiling framing.
• Knowledge of window/door installation and drywall prep/installation, spackling, priming, and paint.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class syllabi and objectives clearly.
• Maintain an organized and safe lab with ready-to-use tools and equipment.
• Keep training aids/tools/equipment maintained and prepared for use.
• Record student performance accurately and submit academic records timely.
• Provide students with timely feedback.
