Family Resource Home Care in Yakima is seeking caring individuals to join our award-winning caregiving team. Our caregivers provide help with daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients in Yakima and nearby areas, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; training for Home Care Aide (HCA) is offered, and paid orientation is provided. Part-time positions available with shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to pass state and national background checks
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Willingness to enroll in HCA training if needed

Responsabilités

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients to store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on client condition
• Other duties as assigned

Where You Will Work

Our Yakima branch looking for caregivers who live and are willing to work in Yakima and surrounding locations including Cle Elum, Toppenish, Easton, Ronald, Roslyn, and Thorp.

Certification Support

We offer Home Care Aide (HCA) training! Start working right away while completing your HCA through a self-paced and online training course.

Pay Rate: $18.25-$21+ per hour.

Depending on client care level and shift type.

Specific Requirements

WA state Driver's License and Auto Insurance with reliable vehicle. We reimburse .60 cents a mile for transporting clients!

Availability Needed

• Mon - Fri 8am to 8pm
• Sat - Sun 8am to 8pm
• Part Time Hours Only

Caregiver Job Duties

• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
