Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is hiring caregivers to serve clients in Ellensburg and nearby WA communities, offering HCA training and a supportive, weekly-pay environment. Must have a valid WA driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Expect part-time hours, with shifts that fit your availability, including weekends. Responsibilities include household tasks, meal preparation, personal care, companionship, and transporting clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes).

• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies.
• Transport clients to store or appointments as needed.
• Monitor and report client condition.

Where you will work:

Our Yakima branch looking for caregivers who live and are willing to work in Ellensburg and surrounding locations. Other locations include Cle Elum, Easton, Ronald, Roslyn, and Thorp.

Certification Support:

We offer Home Care Aide (HCA) training! Start working right away while completing your HCA through a self-paced and online training course.

Pay Rate:

$18.25-$21+ per hour. Depending on client care level and shift type.

Specific Requirements:

WA state Driver's License and Auto Insurance with reliable vehicle.

We reimburse .60 cents a mile for transporting clients!

Availability Needed:

Mon - Fri 8am to 8pmSat - Sun 8am to 8pmPart Time Hours Only

Caregiver Job Duties

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Information

Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will able , a 120 days to complete it.

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
