Sky Care Services Llc is seeking a part-time Caregiver Personal Care Aide to support an adult male client who uses a wheelchair. The morning and evening shifts help prepare the client for daily activities and bedtime routines.

Responsibilities include assistive dressing, transfers, incontinence care, grooming, and documenting care on the client task sheet. A background check and drug screening are required, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for all shifts.
• Ability to safely assist with transfers and personal care tasks.
• Comfortable providing incontinence and hygiene care.
• Prior personal care, CNA, or home care experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care assistance to an adult male client who uses a wheelchair.
• Assist with dressing, undressing, and safe transfers.
• Support daily grooming, bathing, and oral hygiene.
• Prepare client for daycare program in the morning and for bed in the evening.
• Document care provided on the client task sheet and clock in/out per shift.
