Job summary

Sky Care Services Llc is seeking a part-time Caregiver Personal Care Aide to support an adult male client who uses a wheelchair. The morning and evening shifts help prepare the client for daily activities and bedtime routines.

Responsibilities include assistive dressing, transfers, incontinence care, grooming, and documenting care on the client task sheet. A background check and drug screening are required, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for all shifts.
• Ability to safely assist with transfers and personal care tasks.
• Comfortable providing incontinence and hygiene care.
• Prior personal care, CNA, or home care experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Future Opening: Caregiver Personal Care Aide Split Shift

• Bonus based on performance

Schedule (18.5 hours per week)

• Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 2.5 hours
• Sunday: 1 hour

Position Summary

Provide personal care assistance to an adult male client who uses a wheelchair. The morning shift prepares the client for his day program; the evening shift assists him after he returns home and prepares him for bed.

Duties

• Assist with dressing and undressing
• Assist with safe transfers into and out of the wheelchair
• Provide incontinence care, including cleaning, changing, and skin checks
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene as needed
• Prepare the client for his daycare program in the morning and for bed in the evening
• Clock in and out through the electronic visit verification system at each shift
• Document care provided on the client task sheet

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance for both daily shifts
• Ability to safely assist with transfers and support the physical demands of the role
• Comfortable providing incontinence and personal hygiene care
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior personal care, CNA, or home care experience preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
