Papa, Inc. in West Reading, PA is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide friendly companionship, light home support, errands, and transportation as needed.

No prior caregiving experience required; you must be at least 21, able to drive, have a valid US driver's license, pass background and MVR checks, and have access to a smartphone; work is flexible with hourly visits typically 2-4 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with name on policy.
• Access to a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
