Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Carsonville, PA is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide warm companionship and light caregiving. Earn up to $15.00/hr with bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule via a mobile app.

No prior caregiving experience needed, and you can choose 2–4 hour visits that fit your life. Requirements include being 21+, English communication, a valid US driver's license, vehicle insurance, and passing background/MVR checks.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Help around the house, run errands, and provide transportation.
• Offer friendly company and light support during visits.
