Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit employee personnel files and compliance records.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of Home Care Aides.
• Track training, certifications, and background clearances.
• Prepare HR reports for management.
• Improve HR workflows and recordkeeping procedures.
