Job summary

Moose Lake Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring a Caregiver (HHA or PCA) to join our team in Moose Lake, MN. This is entry-level friendly with training provided to set you up for success.

As a Caregiver you will support residents with ADLs, personal care, and medication administration while promoting dignity and independence. We offer part-time hours, a weekend rotation, and opportunities to grow toward CNA with support from Cassia.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care including showering/bathing, hair care, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
