Job summary

Moose Lake Village, a Cassia senior community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Moose Lake, MN. We offer competitive wages and opportunities for career growth within a mission-driven environment.

CNAs will assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, document care, and report changes to the RN. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, including every other weekend, with day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification in good standing on the registry.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration; report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report changes in physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Moose Lake Village , a Cassia senior community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer a safe nurse-to-resident ratio , New Wages , and we’re committed to supporting your career growth through advancement opportunities and professional development.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Moose Lake Village ,you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type: Part-Time and Full-Time including every other weekend.

Shifts Available

• Days 6:00am to 2:30pm (Full-Time)
• Evenings 2:15pm to 10:45pm (Full-Time)
• Evenings 4:00pm to 9:00pm (Part-Time, great for students!)
• Nights 10:30pm to 7:00am (Part-Time, only every other weekend)

Wages

$22.60 to $25.98 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential

• Night (NOC) $2.00 / hour

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry
• At least 16 years of age
• Strong communication skills
