Job summary

Sevita’s Mentor Community Services is looking for a Part-time Caregiver in Philadelphia, PA 19152. Driver license is required. Shifts include afternoons, nights, weekends; up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and engage in activities.
