Job summary

Sevita's Mentor Community Services unit seeks a Northeast Philadelphia Caregiver. The role is part-time (16 hrs/week) with a pay rate of $16/hour and a potential $2/hour shift differential in certain locations. Eligible applicants must have a valid driver's license and be willing to transport clients in the company van.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, supporting community integration, and helping participants meet personal goals. Orientation is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Must be willing to transport clients and attend paid orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care and support to individuals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community participation.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA CAREGIVER

Pay: $16/hour

You may also qualify for an additional $2/hour shift differential based on working other locations in Bucks County and availability

Schedules Available

Part‑time: 16 hrs/week: Friday/Saturday 3pm‑11pm = 16 hrs Part‑Time in Northeast Philadelphia, PA

Please Read The Requirements Carefully

Must have a valid full Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate and willing to transport clients in company van

Must be available to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression
