Job summary

Griswold Home Care for Frederick County is hiring part-time caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs to provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to older adults across Frederick County, Maryland.

As part of our caregiver-focused team, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, PTO, insurance options, mileage reimbursement, scholarships, and ongoing learning opportunities, with support from the office around the clock.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required
• TB Clearance per CDC guidance and Maryland RSA regulations
• At least one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration
• Willingness to travel within Frederick County
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and transporting clients to appointments
• Dementia and memory care support, keeping families and the office team informed with timely care updates
