Griswold Home Care for Howard County, Maryland is seeking part-time caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking support for older adults in Howard County.

As a caregiver with Griswold, you’ll set your own schedule, receive weekly pay, and access benefits such as health, dental & vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement. CPR certification is required, CNA is a plus, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of caregiving or home care experience is a plus.
• CPR certification required.
• CNA certification is a plus, not a requirement.
• TB Clearance per CDC guidance and Maryland RSA regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking support to older adults.
• Assist with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, meals, and grocery shopping.
• Keep a log of the care you provide and submit timely updates to the office.
• Willingness to travel within Howard County as needed.
• Respect client dignity and ensure safety and comfort.
