Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our locally owned service in Minnesota. You will provide non-medical care in clients' homes across the Twin Cities area, following care plans and documenting care provided.

We value reliability, warmth, and clear communication with clients, families, and office staff. We offer flexible schedules, paid orientation, ongoing training, and 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Compassion and Dependability.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Ability to pass a Background Check.
• Previous home care experience (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes.
• Follow care plans and complete accurate, detailed documentation of care provided.
• Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, dressing and stand by assistance.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, their family members, fellow caregivers and Synergy office staff.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent with assigned shifts.
