Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in the Minneapolis area is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, companionship, and support with daily activities in clients' homes.

You will follow care plans, document care accurately, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, support basic personal care, and maintain clear professional communication with clients, their families, and SYNERGY office staff. Flexible schedules include weekends and evenings to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Consistency, punctuality, and commitment to your work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for people.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship

• Follow care plans and complete accurate, detailed documentation of care provided

• Assist clients with light cleaning/housekeeping and meal preparation

• Help clients with basic personal care, such as bathing, dressing and stand by assistance

• Maintain consistent professional communication with clients, their family members, fellow caregivers and SYNERGY office staff

As a caregiver with us you will care for clients at their homes in our service area which includes: Minneapolis, Bloomington, Edina, Richfield, St. Louis Park & surrounding areas.

To qualify for the caregiver position you will need:

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation

• Consistency, punctuality, and commitment to your work

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Compassion, patience, and a passion for people

• Experience preferred but not required
