Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Indiana is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency. You will provide companionship and non-medical support, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building trust with clients and their families.

We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and ongoing training, with time-and-a-half pay for holidays, direct deposit, and mileage stipends to support travel beyond 15 miles.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
