SYNERGY HomeCare in Minneapolis is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to clients in their own homes across the Minneapolis & Central Twin Cities area.

As a caregiver you will follow care plans, document care accurately, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and help with basic personal care with stand-by assistance, while maintaining clear, professional communication with clients, families and SYNERGY staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Consistency, punctuality, and commitment to your work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for people
• Experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, including companionship.

As a caregiver with us you will care for clients at their homes in our service area which includes: Minneapolis & Central Twin Cities Metro, Bloomington, Columbia Heights, Fridley, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Edina, Richfield, Roseville, & St. Louis Park.

To qualify for the caregiver position you will need:
