Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Lexington, VA is seeking caring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support. You’ll build real relationships with clients, bring compassion, reliability, and heart to every shift, and enjoy the security of reliable hours.

We offer weekly pay, health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k), plus flexible scheduling and a local office team that answers the phone. You’ll be 18+, have reliable transportation, and a positive attitude.
