Job summary

Westgrove is seeking a reliable 1:1 caregiver for ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan. The role focuses on supporting recipients in their homes, encouraging skill-building and independence while aligning with care plans. You will also facilitate community activities to strengthen personal goals outside the home.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and able to work with individuals of varying abilities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• You will work in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
